Internet Sales and Return Policy.
The Work.All of our art pieces are handmade. Bubbles and small inclusions are common in hand blown or fused art glass. These do not detract from the beauty or value of the piece.
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we ship UPS ground within the US. The UPS shipping cost plus a $5.00 packaging fee will be added to each order.
Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Sales Tax. We are located in Oregon, a state without sales tax. We do not charge sales tax on any items sold as we do not have a physical presence in any other state.
Returns. Returns for a refund may be made requesting a return authorization either by telephoning (541) 388-0331 or by contacting us by e mail. The request must be made within 5 days of receipt of the article; and must be shipped back to Glass Symphony within 2 business days of reciept of a return authorization. |

GALLERY MOVED
Glass Symphony has moved. Our Gallery is now at 916 NW Wall Street, (downtown between Oregon and Minnesota Streets).
Our craft supply store and studio is at 915 Gasoline Alley (behind the gallery.
CLASSES
Glass Symphony will be offering glass fusing and stained glass classes through COCC during the Spring Quarter. Classes will be held at our studio, 915 Gasoline Alley, Bend 97701.
Students must register for classes through COCC. However, prospective students can see examples of the work done in the various classes when visiting our glass art supply store at 915 Gasoline Alley. |
